Dr. Robert Rankins, M.D.
Dr. Robert Rankins knows Collin County. He was born and raised in McKinney, TX, graduated from McKinney High and has an established reputation for providing quality emergency care to its community and surrounding area. As the founder of E-Care Emergency Centers, he has worked extensively to create an emergency facility where all emergency services are provided in one facility and placed in residential neighborhoods, close to the people who need it.
Dr. Rankins continues to be active in the local community. He is the Regional Medical Director for E-Care Emergency Centers and serves on a variety of boards. Dr. Rankins is a deputy sheriff and is the tactical physician for the Collin County Sheriff’s office. He has two daughters, Caitlin and Natalie, two step-sons, Drew and Tate, and a beautiful wife, Kristin.
