David Laughlin, M.D.

Dr. David Laughlin is the medical director of E-Care Emergency Center in McKinney and has practiced emergency medicine for over 10 years. He served 5 wartime deployments in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He was the Chief of Clinical Services, Commander-366th Medical Operations Squadron, Assistant Chief of Medical Staff, and a Flight Surgeon at air force bases throughout the United States and Korea from 1998 – 2012. He then served as an emergency physician at various hospitals in Florida from 2005 – 2012 before coming to the DFW area. He and his wife, Donna, have four children.
